the best of 2011….

well 2011 is over and now it’s 2012…last year was a hard and slow moving year for my carreer ini photography….but still i’m grateful for my improvements and momments….i’ve met a lot of great peoples in photography…learn a lot from their creation…help friends with my tallents….what a learning experience….this year i will step up again….hope there will be a lot of surprises in my artwork….be more fearless with ideas….hopefully i’m becomming a fulltime photographer not a freelance anymore….thanx God for 2011, bless and guide us in 2012….

Suddenly on Yohanes Selvieana Wedding day

(12.11.11) Now this was a sudden wedding session….i got called early in the morning by the bride brother…Erwin from Vintage Photography…he was my associate photographer…..well, I just wake up that morning…still sleepy from the 11.11.11…..hahaha but I was surprised…Erwin was in a panic attack….whoaaaa……so I imediately take a bath…change clothes…grab my gears…haven’t charge any batteries…hope it would be enough (crossed my fingger)…then ride to the crime scene…ups…I meant…to the bride hotel room….and so all safetly captured, although I’m not prepared at all…wkwkwkwkwk  luckly the video team were friends too…so it was fun…wacky…a lot of laughing….pity that I can’t captured the holy matrimony, cause I got things to attend to…but I’m back again on the wedding party….still I didn’t get all their story=(   ….but overall I was grateful  helping a friend….sorry if it wasn’t much bro…GBU

XQuisite love of Martin & Tera

eleven…eleven….eleven….(11.11.11) what a prime date…a great date actually…many wanted to get married on this date…even my church & childhood friend… Martin…..i was surprise when he called me and ask me to photograph his wedding day….a special day too…even they started the holy matrimony at 11 past 11….all about eleven that day…i wonder will they wanted to have 11 childrens in the future…whoaaa a soccer team….wkwkwkwk…..Well i knew Martin so long that i can remember…we even jammed together as a band….he always be the lead singer…i’m the drummer….we’ve palyed on weddings…school festivals..valentine events…sweet seventeen parties……wow what a rock star we are those days…..at least dreamed to be a rock star….wkwkwkwk we eventually got into photography world now….good old days….maybe we got to jammed again sometime….

And then the bride Tera…not much of story…but i knew her for sometime..met her on several times on some event&vacation…o yea i think we know each other on a new year vacation in singapore..forgot the year though…hehehe..she was a cool girl with a lot of style…and by the way…there both photographers too…they work together under the same roof of XQuisite Photography….He was the designer…She was the make up artist…..whoaaa what a complete package team….I believe this marriage will be a complete package of each other and all the love, blessings, prays from everybody…God Bless You both…Congratz guyz….it was a blessing for me to be a part of your memorable moments…so these are your moments..it’s was exquisite…

The Double “F” Wedding – Farley & Feby (teaser)

Wow….another surprise for me again….i didn’t know who were the couples until a week before the big day. This one it’s INOVA’s wedding couple, when my friend said their name. I just say, “Whaaaaat…I knew the groom” it was Farley.. well I know him from my church. It’s a blessing to be a part of a friend’s memorable day. The bride Feby was Arie’s niece,  my partner from INOVA. Nice knowing them, we got many memorable moments with them and their family that day. Simple, warm, cozy, fun, all we got from this couple. Congratz guyz….

Jimmy Jesica – Romantic Bali [Teaser]

Well… Bali were probably one of the most romantic island in Indonesia. This is our trip, Firstlook Photoworks&co. with our romantic couple Jimmy & Jesica. Jimmy loves beach a lot. He said it from the first day we shoot on the beach. What do you know. He always fired up when get to the beach. Many lovely beach here in Bali….all with different character… from white sandy beach to colorfull beaches. But what a pity some of the beatifull beaches were ruined by we humans. To many garbage everywhere, and nobody’s cleaning it.

But behind all of that, Bali was still a romantic and big tourist magnet island. So back to our couple, we took a lot on beaches, but it’s not Bali if we didn’t took some of it’s cultural places. It was all about Romance between the two of them  and we got it all in this God’s Island of Bali.

Shi Anna Project

…now this one was a new project of mine…it’s a fashion and make up photosession….my friend Shi Anna is a new makeup artist in town…she was just starting go professional…so we get to make a join project…it’s just a starter for her portfolios too…still not perfect…but it’s ok…may this project will be a big step for her carreer…it’s an editorial photo concept, with all kind of make up and dress…maybe the wedding gown will be the next project….
